The Byward market is the heart of Ottawa. Many fantastic wedding venues are located here which makes it a popular spot just due to it’s proximity. But don’t forget that it’s a great destination for photos all by itself too, especially some of the winding alleys hidden throughout. It offers near-endless photographic opportunities for brides and grooms looking to give an urban vibe to their big day.
I’ve known Zac for many years and was thrilled to shoot his marriage to the love of his life. An interesting ceremony that included all their children was followed by fun at Restaurant Eighteen.
These two crazy cats were married in the Glebe at St James Church. We then hopped into the vintage Impala and cruised into the market for some magic time with the wedding party. The rest of the day was at the Ottawa Hunt and Golf Club for dinner and party time! …Mike
